That is what our goal will be. To help spread ideas and maybe spark some interest into your future career goals. Many jobs out there require specific needs from the people doing them. This is the beginning of where your qualifications come into play. We all know that even with your skills or education backing you, the society that we live in is very competitive. There is always someone that is willing to do the job for cheaper and faster. This is caused mainly by outsourcing our jobs to other countries with no labor laws. We are not only competing within: our city, our county, our state, our region, our country, but the world. With all of that getting ready to depress us we still can look on the bright side of things and make money the old fashion way, hitting the pavement and finding an entry level job that has promise of growth for us.
Around the 1980’s to probably more into the 1990’s the norm for the work force was to get out of public school (high school) and get a job right away. The majority of society had started to move away from women staying at home with the kids and men going to work, to both parents going to work. This both parent working structure was due in part by the harder times it started to get to make ends meat in our society. The affect of this changed the workforce dramatically. The competition for jobs went through the roof. This lead to the more you put in the time the more you get rewarded structure. Most people started to get entry level positions at the bottom of a large corporation or company and work their way up. This meant that in your younger years you would start small get paid very little and the longer that you were with the same company the better it was for you financially. Those that would put in the time were given the benefits of advancement opportunities within the same company. Most large companies still today promote the higher from within motto.
What is the point of all this information? The point of this information is that it is never a bad idea to get a solid stable position working with a sound company that you can advance within. You need to invest in your future and investing your time into a company that you believe in is never bad. Many people say that they are “company lifers”. This gives them the title that they have given their life to the company and the company has rewarded them for the hard work and dedication that they put in. How to make money you ask? Do it the old fashion way, get an entry level job that has promise and work your way up to the top as you gradually achieve your life goals.
